Troop 106 was reformed after a 5-year hiatus in February, 2013.
We meet just about every Monday night from 7-8:30pm at St. Mary’s (17 Waterville St, North Grafton MA). Our Boards of Review are scheduled as needed, but are normally held on the third Monday of the month. We have at last one outdoor activity every month: this might be camping, or hiking, or a service project. In keeping with our motto “Grafton Scouts Venture Out”, we have a very active outdoor program, and boys will have numerous opportunities to participate in interesting (and educational) outings. All of our activities are chosen, and planned, by the Scouts of the Troop. Our leaders are in place to make sure that the boys’ plans take place in a safe manner, but everything from what activities are planned to what they bring (and eat!) is up to them.
We normally take August off to allow for family vacations, and recharging before we start up again in September.
